It wasn’t always like this, far from it. I spent my whole life with low confidence, low self worth, fear and anxiety and I never knew why. A devout people pleaser and attention seeker, I needed other people to love me in order to feel like I was worth anything.

Worthiness remained outside of reach as I drank, smoked, took drugs and vacillated between binge eating or starving myself. Comparing myself to everyone I knew and being jealous of how much “better” they were than me, wanting the life they had, but “knowing” I wasn’t good enough.

MY JOURNEY TO HOLISTIC HEALTH

After a lifetime of repeating destructive patterns, self sabotage, moving from one toxic relationship to another, I hit my rock bottom after my Dad passed away, causing an even worse spiral into the disaster I was already living.  


It was a wake up call.  And I realized I was so sick of living the way I was living.  It no longer became an option.  I was sick of my own shit.  

And the shift started. I came out of my depression, stopped feeling anxious, put the wine bottle down and began the journey. I listened to my body and found yoga, weight lifting, meditation, and mindfulness.  I began working through my traumas and limiting beliefs.  I learned how to feed my body from a place of love instead of shame.  I began connecting with nature.  Slowly but surely, I began embracing the radical self love that I always looked to other people for. 

It was through my own journey of healing and transformation that inspired me to commit myself to guiding others down their path. With my education and experience, and your dedication and desire to change, together we can create a life you truly love.
